Your Duties:

- Team Leadership and Coordination
- Overall responsibility for team performance, task allocation and prioritization
- Point of escalation for complex issues across all domains
- Work Council and Labor Relations
- Handling of labor law disputes, social plans, and coordination with legal and external counsel
- Oversight and strategy for IP notifications and collective agreements
- Compliance and Governance
- Oversee audits, reporting obligations, and HR compliance strategy
- HR Budget and Planning
- Drive salary adjustment planning, HR cost control, and headcount planning
- Stakeholder Communication
- Interface with business leaders, finance, and EMEA HR leads

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a multinational environment
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Proven experience in managing Works Councils and complex labor relations
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
