HSE-Environmental Supervisor (m/d/w)

For our team in Stade, we are looking for a

HSE-Environmental Supervisor (m/w/d)

Tasks

•        Training sessions to increase environmental awareness throughout the project.
•        Supervision of the field application of environmental requirements.
•        Supervision of legal and contractual compliance with environmental aspects.
•        Evaluation of environmental aspects and risk assessment.
•        Preparation of monthly environmental reports.
•        Intervene in HSE meetings.
•        Maintain records of subcontractor waste management and disposal.
•        Periodic environmental audits and inspections.
•        Support the HSE director with technical knowledge and environmental information.
•        Provide support in the event of environmental incidents and investigations.
•        Official communications with environmental authorities if necessary.
•        Advice and instructions to companies involved in environmental protection.
•        Monitoring of the environmental measures defined in the applicable environmental regulations and permits.
•        Define the Monitoring Program to be implemented to evaluate environmental behavior and compliance with the requirements
•        Schedule activities to achieve Environmental Objectives.
   
  Qualification
•        Degree in environmental engineering or comparable
•        At least 2 years of experience as environmental supervisor
•        Strong communication skills and a positive charisma
•        Experience in using MS Office
•        Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
•        Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
